Making a warranty claim
If something isn’t right with a watch you bought from us, we want to hear about it. The warranty that applies to your watch is stated on your invoice.
- Book an appointment and choose “Warranty claim” as the reason.
- Bring the watch, your invoice and any papers that came with it.
- We inspect the watch with you and explain the next steps.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage from a crown left open, or work done by others.
