Terms & Conditions

Template wording: review with Kairosa before launch.

Our pieces

Pre-owned watches are sold in the condition described and photographed. We describe condition, completeness (box and papers) and any known service history as accurately as we can. Every watch we sell is authentic.

Prices and availability

Prices are in South African Rand. Most pieces are one of a kind and may sell in store before an online order is completed; if that happens we will refund you in full.

Selling to Kairosa

Offers made from photos are provisional and confirmed once we have inspected the watch in person. You confirm that any watch you sell to us is yours to sell, and we may ask for proof of identity and ownership.

Delivery and returns

See our Shipping & Returns page.
