Kairosa Luxury Collective respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

Your name, contact details and the information you give us when you place an order, submit a form (for example to sell or source a watch), book an appointment or contact us, including any photos you upload.

How we use it

To process orders and payments, respond to your enquiries, arrange appointments and deliveries, and meet our legal obligations. We only send marketing messages if you have asked to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

Sharing and security

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business (such as payment processors and couriers), and never sell it. We keep it secure and only for as long as we need it.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing luxury@kairosa.co.za.
