Delivery

Watches are shipped fully insured with a signature required on delivery, or can be collected from us in Sandton by appointment. We will confirm the delivery method and timing with you after your order is placed.

Returns

If you bought online and the watch is not what you expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The watch must be returned unworn, in the same condition, with all boxes, papers, tags and stickers. Once we have inspected it we refund the purchase price using the original payment method.

Pieces bought after an in-person viewing, special orders and sourced watches are final sale unless they are faulty.
